We currently ship within Cyprus and Greece. If you are located in another country and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Times:
• Cyprus: 1–3 business days
• Greece: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We offer:

• Free delivery for orders over €150 within Cyprus
• Free delivery for orders over €200 within Greece

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

In-store purchases: Items purchased from our physical store are eligible for return as store credit only.

Online purchases: Items purchased through our website are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, in line with European Union consumer protection law.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we will assist you with the process. Please note that we can only accept items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
